Passenger and baggage check-in starts two hours before the departure time stated in the tickets and finishes 40 minutes before flight departure. In case of delayed passenger arrival for check-in, an airline carrier has the right to re-allocate all vacant/ unclaimed seats to a waiting passengers at its own discretion. You will first go through the provisional ticketing check and passport check desk, then proceed to the allocated airline check in desk for completion of luggage check in, seat and boarding pass allocation will be completed.
Following the allocation of your boarding pass you will proceed to the departure passport/immigration control desk and a personal security check before being allowed to enter the duty free waiting area. the boarding pass contains your allocated seat number, you will be expected to hand in this pass and show your passport at the departure gate when your flight is called. There can be specific check-in rules at your destination country, thus we recommend you to request check-in procedures while purchasing or reserving an airplane ticket.
