• Cargo acceptance is fulfilled at storage ramp №7 of Office of post-cargo servicing
• Cargo acceptance is fulfiiled on the AWB basis with original customs stamp (“Under customs control”) which is put by ВМО № 6
• If dangerous goods are accepted for transportation it is necessary for a consignor, or an agent, or an airline to fill in “Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods”
• Goods accepted for transportation should have marking, special categories of goods should also have special marking
• A consignor is responsible for correct and legible marking of all packing. If packing was used before all previous markings should be removed to avoid mistakes. A consignor has to put consignee’s name and address on goods packing. 

Preparing and acceptance of cargo for transportation is fulfilled in accordance with:

• Order №822 of November 2, 2005 of Ukraine State Service of aviation security observation
• Dangerous Goods Regulations
• Live Animals Regulations
• Rules of cargo air transportation confirmed by State Air Service of Ukraine of March 14, 2006 №186. Cargo acceptance and temporal storage of goods is fulfilled provided correct filling out of all transportation documents, customs documents and fee payment for services rendered by the airport.
