Dear collegues, Please, be advised that in accordance with the Orders of the General Director of the State Enterprise Boryspil International Airport No 01-07-27 dated 21.01.2010 and No 01-07-50 dated 09.02.2010 new versions of the Airport Access and Internal Regime Instruction No90-06-2 dated 12.01.2010 and the Airport Passes Regulations No 90-06-1 dated 12.01.2010 come into effect.

Attachment to Ground Handling Manual of State Enterprise “Boryspil International Airport” is effective from July 1, 2009. In accordance with this Attachment Cargo and Mail that are transported to Boryspil Airport (on departure) shall not be unloaded from the board of the aircraft if Cargo/ Mail Manifest is absent.
Since July 1st , 2009 the Regulation on Procedure for Issuing of Material Values Permission No. 32-10-26 dd. 21.05.2009 is implemented at Boryspil Airport. When tacking out material values outbound airport airside area such values of the standard type should be duly formalized.
