Reservation cancellation is to be made officially in the written form.
Reservation cancellation deadline is 24 hours prior to check-in date. In case of cancellation is not made within the terms mentioned reservation fee is not refunded by the state enterprise Boryspil International Airport.
Signed copy of the request blank sent by E-mail or faxed is valid in law.
